PinD / 顽豆 Privacy Policy
PinD is a local-first pattern making app. Your imported photos, generated bead patterns, color palettes, and drafts are processed and stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PinD, also known as 顽豆, handles information when you use the mobile app. PinD helps users import images, convert them into bead patterns, edit patterns, track completion progress, and export pattern files.
2. Information Processed On Your Device
PinD may process the following information locally on your device:
- Photos or camera images that you choose to import.
- Generated pattern data, including pixel grids, colors, counts, progress, and edits.
- Custom palettes, local inventory choices, app settings, and export quota state.
This app does not require an account and does not upload your imported images or project files to our own server.
3. Camera, Photos, and Local Files
If you grant camera or photo library access, PinD uses that access only to let you import images into the app. Exported PNG or CSV files are created on your device. If you choose a system share target, the selected third-party app or service receives the file according to your action and that service's own terms.
4. Advertising and Consent
PinD uses Google AdMob to show ads in the free version. Ads are not shown in the canvas, Focus mode, or completion card. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, and improve ads.
Where required, PinD uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for ad consent and provide privacy choices. On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency permission before using data for tracking where applicable. You can manage consent choices in the app's Privacy & Ads settings, and you can manage iOS tracking permission in iOS Settings.

5. Children
PinD is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us through the support channel listed on the app store page.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local project data remains on your device until you delete projects, clear app data, reset data in the app, or uninstall the app. Ad-related data handled by Google is subject to Google's policies and your consent choices.
7. International Processing
Advertising and consent providers may process information on servers outside your country or region, subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.

在适用法律要求时，顽豆会使用 Google User Messaging Platform 请求广告同意并提供隐私选择。在 iOS 上，应用可能会在适用场景下请求 App Tracking Transparency 跟踪权限。你可以在应用内“隐私与广告”设置中管理广告同意，也可以在 iOS 系统设置中管理跟踪权限。

5. 儿童
顽豆并非面向 13 岁以下儿童的应用。我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如果你认为儿童通过本应用提供了个人信息，请通过应用商店页面列出的支持渠道联系我们。
6. 保留与删除
本地作品数据会保存在你的设备上，直到你删除作品、清除应用数据、在应用内重置数据或卸载应用。由 Google 处理的广告相关数据适用 Google 的政策和你的同意选择。
7. 跨境处理
广告和同意管理服务提供商可能会在你所在国家或地区以外的服务器上处理信息，并适用其自身隐私条款和相关法律。
8. 政策更新
当应用功能发生变化时，我们可能会更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本会发布在当前 URL，并更新“Last updated”日期。
